Recurflux logs: email delivery confirmations and open timestamps for all dunning and recovery emails; portal access events (when the customer visited the hosted payment page); retry history (all charge attempts with timestamps and outcomes); and communication timestamps. This is the standard evidence set for issuer disputes on subscription charges.
