Re-engagement
When a customer cancels, the door doesn't have to close. Recurflux fires a win-back sequence starting the day they cancel — 2 to 5 emails based on subscriber value, from Day 1 through Day 30. No discount required. The sequence stops the moment they reactivate.

Quick answer
Win-back emails are automated reactivation messages sent immediately after a subscriber cancels. Recurflux fires 2–5 emails based on subscriber LTV tier — Day 1 keeps the door open, Day 7 reminds them of value, Day 30 sends a one-click reactivation link. Emails go from your domain. The sequence stops automatically on reactivation. No discount required.
Without it
Most tools do nothing after a cancellation. The subscriber is removed from billing, access is revoked, and the only path back is for them to find their way to your pricing page on their own. That is a 10–15% win-back rate at best.
A meaningful portion of those cancellations aren't permanent decisions — they're timing, budget, or circumstance. A message at Day 1 catches the regret window. Day 7 catches the moment they're feeling the absence. Day 30 catches the ones who meant to come back but never got around to it.
How it works
01
Recurflux receives the cancellation event and queues the win-back sequence. No manual setup per customer.
02
An email that acknowledges the cancellation without pressure. The message keeps the relationship open and makes clear they can come back easily.
03
A reminder of what they were getting — not a pitch, a reference. Timed to when the absence of the product is most noticeable.
04
A direct link to reactivate — no login flow, no pricing page search. The lowest possible friction to come back.
05
The moment they reactivate at any step, remaining emails are cancelled. They will not receive Day 7 or Day 30 if they came back on Day 2.
You control
01
Every email sends from your address with your logo. Customers see your name — not Recurflux. Nothing in the sequence reveals the tool behind it.
02
Edit the subject line and body for each step in your dashboard. Preview before activating.
03
Day 1/7/30 is the default. Surge and Rule allow custom intervals between steps.
Re-engage churned subscribers automatically. Connect and start your first win-back sequence.

Yes. Recurflux monitors reactivation events from your processor. The moment a subscriber reactivates, all remaining emails in the sequence are cancelled. They will not receive Day 7 or Day 30 emails after coming back.
The default sequence runs on Day 1, Day 7, and Day 30. High-value subscribers on Surge and Rule receive up to 5 emails with extended follow-up at Day 14 and Day 30. On Surge and Rule, you can adjust the intervals and edit subject and body copy per step in your dashboard.
No. The win-back sequence works without a discount. Day 1 is a door-is-open message. Day 7 is a value reminder. Day 30 includes a one-click reactivation link — no discount required. If you want to add one on Surge or Rule, you can attach it to any step.
Win-back email sequences are available on all plans. Surge and Rule add customizable timing and the ability to personalize the copy based on the cancellation reason the customer selected.
