Overview
This policy is issued by Yash Amin, trading as Recurflux (“Recurflux,” “we,” “us”). Contact: [email protected].
Recurflux charges a flat subscription fee (monthly or annual). When you upgrade from Rise to Surge, Dodo charges the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period immediately. This policy covers refund and cancellation rules for all charge types.
Payment processor: All subscription fees and plan upgrade charges are processed by Dodo Payments. You receive an email receipt for every charge. Charges appear on your card statement with a Dodo Payments descriptor (typically “DODO*” followed by a merchant identifier).

Subscription fees
Recurflux subscription fees (if applicable to your plan) are billed at the start of each billing period. These fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except in the following circumstances:
If you cancel mid-period, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days on monthly or annual plans.
Plan changes
When you upgrade from Rise to Surge, Dodo Payments charges the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period immediately — no separate checkout is required. The behaviour depends on your current interval and the interval you are moving to:
Prorated upgrade charges are non-refundable once your plan has been switched to Surge, with two exceptions:
Downgrading from Surge to Rise is always scheduled — the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately. You retain access to Surge features until that date.
All plan upgrade charges are processed by Dodo Payments and charged to the payment method on file for your Recurflux subscription. You will receive an email receipt from Dodo Payments for every upgrade charge. If you do not recognise a charge, email [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank.
Annual plans
If you are on an annual plan and cancel before the end of your term:
Exception: if you cancel an annual plan within 7 days of purchase and have not processed any retries or recovered any payments, we will issue a full refund of the subscription fee. Contact us within that window at [email protected].
Cancellation
You can cancel your Recurflux subscription at any time from the Billing page inside your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You will not be billed again after cancellation unless you reactivate your account.
Cancellation does not delete your data. Your account and recovery history are retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Disputes
If you believe a charge from Recurflux was made in error, contact us before taking any other action. Email [email protected] with “Billing Dispute” in the subject line. Include the charge date, amount, and the last 4 digits of the card charged. We respond within 2 business days and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting Recurflux is a breach of our Terms of Service and triggers the following consequences immediately:
All Recurflux subscription fees are earned on the first day of each billing period when access is granted. There is no valid basis for a chargeback on fees that have been earned and where the service was accessible. Recurflux retains transaction records, login activity, and service usage data and will provide this evidence in any payment dispute.
Chargebacks create months of delay and additional costs for both parties. If you have a genuine concern, use the dispute process above — we resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.
